NOTICE OF HEARING AND
ORDER SETTING SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

The Missouri Public Service Commission
is setting a settlement conference and issuing notice of an evidentiary hearing.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
Staff
shall convene a settlement conference on April 24, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. in
Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City,
Missouri. Any appearance may be either in person or through counsel, and may be
either in the hearing room or by telephone. Any appearance by telephone shall
be made by dialing 526-5398 (local)
or 866-630-9345 (long distance)
at the settlement conference’s start time and—if prompted—entering the pass
code *456.
2.
The
Commission will convene an evidentiary hearing on the merits of the complaint
at 9:00 A.M. on May 17, 2013, at the Missouri Public Service Commission’s
Kansas City office, Fletcher Daniels State Office Building, 615 East
13th Street, Conference Room G8, Kansas City, MO 64106.
3.
Each
building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with
Disabilities Act. Any person who needs
additional accommodations to participate in the settlement conference or
evidentiary hearing shall contact the Commission not later than the day before
such event. Such contact shall be
through the Commission’s Hotline at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri
at 711.

This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
