On February 14, 2013, Entergy Arkansas, Inc.
(“EAI”) filed a motion for a protective order.
EAI states that information that it has filed, and will be filing, in
this matter is not publically available, and that the applicants would suffer
significant negative business consequences if that information were to be made
public. Consequently, EAI requests a
protective order authorizing the continued confidentiality of the information
attached to the Joint Application and any similar information that may be
provided with other pleadings, subject to the terms of Commission Rule 4 CSR
240-2.135. The Commission finds the
request to be reasonable and will grant it.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
Entergy Arkansas, Inc.’s motion for a
protective order is granted.
2.
The treatment of proprietary and highly
confidential information is governed by Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.135. Proper
filing in the Commission’s Electronic and Information System is required to
maintain this confidentiality.
3.
This order shall become effective immediately
upon issuance.
