ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR FILING OF STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On December 21, 2012, YMax Communications Corp. filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission requesting designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier for the purpose of receiving federal universal service support.  The Commission directed its Staff to file a recommendation regarding the application no later than February 14, 2013.  On February 8, 2013, Staff filed a status report indicating that it has not completed its review of the application because of outstanding data requests and cannot provide a recommendation before July 8, 2013.  The Commission will extend the deadline for Staff to file its recommendation.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT: 

1.          The deadline for the Staff of the Commission to file a recommendation regarding YMax Communication Corp.’s application is extended to no later than July 8, 2013.

2.          This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
