SECOND ORDER
GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
TO FILE
RECONCILIATION

On February 13, 2013, the Staff of the Commission filed a Request for Extension of Time to File
Reconciliation. Staff requested that the deadline for filing the
reconciliation be extended for one day from the due date of February 13, 2013,
and the Commission granted the request.
On February 14, 2013, Staff asked for an additional day to file the
reconciliation because it is unable to meet the new deadline. The Commission will grant the second request,
but because the Commission needs sufficient time to prepare for the evidentiary
hearing it will require that the reconciliation be filed prior to the close of
business on February 15, 2013.
THE COMMISSION
ORDERS THAT:
1. The second Request for Extension of Time to File Reconciliation is granted. The deadline for Staff to file its reconciliation is extended to no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 15, 2013.
2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
