ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO

FILE REPLY AND GRANTING MOTION FOR EXPEDITED TREATMENT

 

Issue Date:  February 14, 2013                           Effective Date:  February 14, 2013

 

 

On February 14, 2013[1], the Staff of the Commission filed a Request for Extension of Time to File Reply and Motion for Expedited Treatment.  Staff explains that, due to press of business, it needs until March 11 to reply to Laclede’s most recent pleading.  Without such an order, Staff explains, its pleading would be due on February 21.  Staff represents that neither Laclede nor Public Counsel objects to its request.

The Commission finds Staff’s requests reasonable and will grant them. 

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Motion for Expedited Treatment is granted.

2.               The Request for Extension of Time to File Reply is granted.

3.               The Staff of the Commission shall file its response to Laclede Gas Company no later than March 11, 2013.

4.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
