ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Issue Date: February 13, 2013 Effective Date: February 13, 2013

On February 13, 2013, the Staff of the Commission filed a Request for Extension of Time to File Reconciliation. Staff requests that the deadline for filing a reconciliation be extended for one day from the due date of February 13, 2013. The Commission finds the request reasonable and will grant it.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Request for Extension of Time to File Reconciliation is granted. Staff shall file its reconciliation no later than February 14, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
