On January 25, 2013, Charter Advanced Services
(MO), LLC (“the Company”) pursuant to §392.550 RSMo (Cum. Supp. 2011), filed an
application for registration to offer and provide Interconnected Voice over
Internet Protocol in the following exchanges:

Benton, Bismarck, Bonne Terrer, Camdenton, Cape Girardeau, Cedar hill, Chaffee,
Charleston, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, DeSoto, East Prairie, Eldon, Eureka,
Farmington, Fenton, Festus-Crystal City, Flat River, Fredericktown, Fulton,
Gravois Mills, Gray Summit, Hannibal, Harvester, Herculaneum-Pevely, High
Ridge, Hillsboro, Imperial, Jackson, Kirkwood, Knob Noster, Ladue, Lake
Ozark-Osage Beach, Leadwood, Lilbourn, Manchester, Marston, Maxville,
Mehlville, Mexico, Moberly, Montgomery City, Morehouse, New Madrid, Oakville,
Oran, pacific, Pond, Sappington, Scott City, Sedalia, Sikeston, St. Charles,
St. Clair, St. Louis, Union, Valley Park, Versailles, Washington, and
Wellsville
Embarq Exchanges: Clinton and
Warrensburg
CenturyTel Exchanges: Bourbon,
Centralia, Columbia, Cuba, Dardenne, Foristell, Moscow Mills, O’Fallon, St.
Peters, St. James, Troy, Warrenton, Wentzville, and Wright City
The Commission has reviewed the
application filed by the Company and finds that it and the attached affidavit
comply with the filing requirements set forth in § 392.550 RSMo (Cum. Supp. 2011).
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
Charter
Advanced Services (MO), LLC is granted authority to provide Interconnected Voice
over Internet Protocol service in the exchanges set forth in the affidavit
attached to the application and restated above.
2.
This
Order shall become effective on February 17, 2013.
3.
This
case may be closed on February 18, 2013.
