The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting a date for the filing of any response to the Motion to Approve Reconciliation, filed by the Missouri Energy Consumers Group and the Office of Public Counsel on February 7, 2013.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. No later than February 13, 2013, any response to the motion described in the body of this order is due.

2. This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
