ORDER RECOGNIZING NAME CHANGE AND APPROVING TARIFF

On November 15, 2012, DIECA Communications, Inc. d/b/a Covad Communications Company (“Company”) requested that the Missouri Public Service Commission recognize a name change from DIECA Communications, Inc. d/b/a Covad Communications Company to MegaPath Corporation. The Company has also filed an adoption notice and a revised tariff title page effective February 7, 2013. Substitute tariff sheets were filed on January 30, 2013.
The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a recommendation on February 5, 2013. Staff recommends that the Commission recognize the new name. Staff states that the Company’s application complies with the filing requirements in Rule 4 CSR 240-2.060, no entities intervened to oppose the name change, the Company is not delinquent in any required filings with the Commission, and the filed tariff adoption notices are compliant with Commission rules.
The Commission has reviewed the application and Staff's recommendation. The Commission finds that the name change shall be recognized and the revised tariff sheets shall be approved.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Commission recognizes the name change DIECA Communications, Inc. d/b/a Covad Communications Company to MegaPath Corporation.
2. Tariff No. YL-2013-0336 filed on January 29, 2013, and substituted on January 30, 2013, is approved for service on and after February 7, 2013. The tariff sheets approved are:

3. This order shall become effective on February 7, 2013.
4. This case may be closed on February 8, 2013.
