ORDER SETTING DATE FOR FILING RESPONSE

 

Issue Date: February 6, 2013                                 Effective Date: February 6, 2013

 

          The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting a date for the filing of any response to the Motion to Approve Reconciliation, filed on February 6, 2013.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     No later than February 13, 2013, any response to the Motion to Approve Reconciliation shall be filed. 

2.     This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
