The Staff of the Commission requests additional time, until March 4, 2013, to file notice of settlement, file a status report or file a proposed procedural schedule should settlement fail. The Commission will grant Staff and Davidson Telecom, LLC the additional time.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Staff of the Commission’s request for additional time to file its recommendation is granted.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
