The Commission has directed the Office of the Public Counsel to file by February 6, 2013, with the cooperation of all the parties, a list of disputed facts. On February 5, due to a change in the Staff of the Commission’s personnel, Public Counsel request additional time until February 8, to file the list of disputed facts. The Commission will grant the requested relief.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The request for additional time, filed by the Office of the Public Counsel, is granted.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
