ORDER DIRECTING FILING

 

Issue Date:  February 4, 2013                                     Effective Date:  February 4, 2013

 

          The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting the time for the filing of Staff’s recommendation and any other response to the Home Energy Performance Tariff, filed on February 1, 2013 with a proposed effective date of March 1, 2013. 

          THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     No later than February 14, 2013, Staff shall file its recommendation on the Home Energy Performance Tariff. 

2.     No later than February 14, 2013, any other response to the Home Energy Performance Tariff is due. 

3.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
