ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

On February 4, 2013, the Commission’s Staff and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company requested an extension of time to file the legal analysis previously directed by the Commission. The Commission finds the requests to be reasonable and will grant them.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The deadline for the Commission’s Staff and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company to file the legal analysis directed in the Commission’s January 28, 2013 order is extended until February 11, 2013.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
