ORDER RECOGNIZING NAME CHANGE AND APPROVING TARIFF

On January 25, 2013, Zone Telecom, LLC filed notice that it is changing its name to ANPI Business LLC. The company also filed revised tariff sheets reflecting the name change. The tariff has an effective date of February 5.
The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a verified recommendation on February 1. Staff states that the Company’s application complies with the filing requirements in Rule 4 CSR 240-2.062, no entities intervened to oppose the name change, the Company is not delinquent in any required filings with the Commission, and the filed tariff adoption notice is compliant with Commission rules. Staff recommends that the Commission recognize the new name.
The Commission has reviewed the application and Staff's recommendation. The Commission finds that the name change shall be recognized and the revised tariff sheets shall be approved.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Commission recognizes the name change of Zone Telecom, LLC to ANPI Business LLC.
2. Tariff No. YX-2013-0334 filed on January 25, 2013, is approved for service on and after February 5, 2013. The tariff approved is:

3. This order shall become effective on February 5, 2013.
4. This case shall be closed on February 6, 2013.
