ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

For the reasons stated in Staff’s request for a second extension of time, the Commission will grant Staff’s motion for an extension of time to file the report and recommendations as previously directed by the Commission.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for the Commission’s Staff to file its report and recommendations is extended until February 8, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
