The Commission is setting forth the correct captions for its orders directing Staff to file a recommendation on the applications and tariffs, all of which tariffs bear a proposed effective date of March 1, 2013.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Commission’s Staff shall file a recommendation on the application and tariffs no later than February 15, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
