ORDER RESCHEDULING PREHEARING CONFERENCE

On January 28, 2013[1], the Commission scheduled a prehearing conference for February 6. The Commission received an e-mail from Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc’s counsel, asking the conference to be reset for February 7. The Staff of the Commission and the Office of the Public Counsel confirmed via e-mail that they did not object to resetting the conference.

The Commission will reschedule the conference for February 7.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. A prehearing conference shall be held on February 7, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 305 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, a building that meets accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person who needs specific accessibility accommodations may call the Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 1‑800‑392‑4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 prior to the hearing. Any person who wishes to appear at the prehearing conference by phone may do so by calling 573-526-6412 or 866-204-4916.

2. The parties shall file a proposed procedural schedule no later than February 14, 2013. The procedural schedule shall include dates for the filing of testimony and for a hearing.

3. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
