ORDER DIRECTING STAFF TO FILE RECOMMENDATION

 

Issue Date:  January 28, 2013                                           Effective Date:  January 28, 2013

 

On January 25, 2013, a tariff was filed to reflect a change in the name of Zone Telecom, LLC to ANPI Business, LLC.  The tariff carries a February 5 effective date.  Before acting on the tariff, the Commission will need a recommendation from its Staff.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.       The Commission’s Staff shall file its recommendation regarding ANPI Business, LLC’s name change tariff no later than February 1, 2013.

2.       This order shall become effective upon issuance.
