NOTICE AND ORDER DIRECTING FILING

 

Issue Date:  January 28, 2013                                   Effective Date:  January 28, 2013

 

The Missouri Public Service Commission is giving notice of the application and the deadline for intervention, and directing the filing of a recommendation.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          The Commission’s Data Center shall send this Notice and Order to each competitive local exchange carrier and incumbent local exchange carrier certificated to operate in Missouri.

2.          Any application to intervene is due on February 13, 2013.[1]

3.          The Commission’s staff shall file a recommendation no later than February 27, 2013.

4.          This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
