ORDER SETTING PREHEARING CONFERENCE

The Missouri Public Service Commission
is setting a pre-hearing conference.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
The
Commission will convene a pre-hearing conference on February 14, 2013,
at 10:00 A.M. in Room 305 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street,
Jefferson City, Missouri.
2.
Any
appearance may be either in person or through counsel, and may be either in the
hearing room or by telephone. Any appearance by telephone shall be made by
dialing 526-5398 (local) or 866-630-9345
(long distance) at the
pre‑hearing conference’s start time and—if
prompted—entering the pass code *456.
3.
The
Governor Office Building meets accessibility standards required by the
Americans with Disabilities Act. Any
person who needs additional accommodations to participate in the pre‑hearing conference or evidentiary hearing shall contact the
Commission not later than the day before such event. Such contact shall be through the Commission’s
Hotline at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711.
4.
This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
