The Missouri Public Service Commission is correcting the Order Directing Filing issued on January 23, 2013.

The Commission orders that:

1. The Order Directing Filing issued on January 23, 2013, at page 3, ordered paragraph 2.a is corrected to read:

a. Are not otherwise provided notice under paragraph 1; and

2. This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
