On January 24, 2013, The Empire District Electric Company
(“Empire”) filed a Motion for Leave to
File Supplemental Rebuttal Testimony. Empire
requests permission to file supplemental rebuttal testimony of W. Scott Keith,
a copy of which is included with the motion.
Empire represents that some of the other parties do not oppose the
motion. Since not all of the parties
have expressed consent, the Commission will provide an opportunity for the
filing of responses to Empire’s motion.
THE COMMISSION
ORDERS THAT:
1. Any person wishing to respond to Empire’s Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Rebuttal Testimony shall file such response no later than January 28, 2013.
2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
