ORDER AMENDING CASE STYLE

Issue Date: January 24, 2013 Effective Date: January 24, 2013

During the evidentiary hearing in this matter, the counsel for AT&T Missouri stated that the style of this case contains an incorrect name for that company. Counsel stated that the correct legal name for the respondent is Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Missouri. The Commission will order the style of the case to be amended to reflect the respondent’s correct legal name.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The style of this case shall be amended by designating the name of the respondent to be Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Missouri. All future references to the respondent shall state that company’s correct name.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
