On January 22, 2013, the above-named Complainant filed the attached complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission against Laclede Gas Company.
Under Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.070(7), Laclede shall have 30 days from the date of this notice to file a response to the complaint. All pleadings shall be mailed to:

Such representation will be at the sole discretion of the law school and the arrangement between the law school and the Complainant is not governed by the Commission.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Laclede Gas Company shall file a response to this complaint no later than February 21, 2013.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
