ORDER APPROVING TARIFF FILING IN COMPLIANCE
WITH
COMMISSION ORDER

On January 9, 2013, the Commission issued its Order Granting Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. One of the conditions of that order directed the filing of certain compliance tariffs. On January 10, 2013, Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy filed those tariff sheets, bearing the effective date of February 9, 2013.
The Commission set a response deadline, and on January 16, 2013,
the Commission’s Staff filed a recommendation for the Commission to approve the
tariff filings. No other party responded or opposed approval
of the tariffs.
The Commission has reviewed the tariff filings and Staff's
verified recommendation, and the Commission will approve the tariff sheets to
take effect on February 9, 2013.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
The tariff sheets filed on January 10, 2013 by Southern
Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy, Tariff Tracking Number YG-2013-0315,
bearing the effective date of February 9, 2013, are approved to become
effective on February 9, 2013.
2. This order shall become effective on February 9, 2013.
3. This file shall be closed on February 10, 2013.
