Marcia Eason filed a complaint against Missouri-American Water Company.The company has answered and the Staff of the Commission filed its recommendation. The parties have attempted to settle to no avail and now propose the following procedural schedule:

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Commission approves the above procedural schedule and the parties are directed to abide by the procedural schedule.

2.               A prehearing conference shall be held on February 13, 2013, at the Wainwright State Office Building, 111 North 7th Street, Suite 105, St. Louis, Missouri beginning at 9:00 a.m.The prehearing will be held in a building that meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.If you need additional accommodations to participate in this prehearing, please call the Public Service Commissionís Hotline at 1‑800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 prior to the prehearing.
