The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting a date for filing any response to the motions for expedited treatment that Kansas City Power & Light Company and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company filed with the compliance tariffs on January 16, 2013.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. Any response as described in the body of this order is due on January 22, 2013 at noon.

2. This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
