ORDER DIRECTING FILING

          The Missouri Public Service Commission is directing Staff to file proposed dates, acceptable to all parties, for a pre-hearing conference.  The conference’s purpose will be to develop a procedural schedule.

          The Commission orders that:

1.     No later than February 1, 2013, Staff shall file a response to this order as described in the body of this order. 

2.     This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
