On January 15, 2013, counsel for The Empire District Electric Company notified the Regulatory Law Judge that there are no outstanding discovery disputes in this matter at this time. No parties contested that representation or objected to canceling the discovery conference set for today. Consequently, the Commission will cancel the conference. If any parties encounter discovery disputes that require resolution prior to the next scheduled discovery conference, they may contact the Regulatory Law Judge to schedule a conference.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The discovery conference scheduled for January 16, 2013 is canceled.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
