ORDER DIRECTING NOTICE, SETTING INTERVENTION DEADLINE AND DIRECTING FILING

 

Issue Date: January 15, 2013                                      Effective Date: January 15, 2013

On January 15, 2013, Cedar Green Land Acquisition, L.L.C. filed an application requesting that the Commission grant it a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to provide sewer service to Cedar Green Luxury Condominiums located in Camden County, Missouri.  The Commission will direct notice be given, set a deadline for intervention requests and direct its Staff to file a recommendation.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Commission’s Data Center shall serve a copy of this order upon the County Commission of Camden County, Missouri and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.

2.     The Commission’s Public Information Officer shall make notice of this order available to the members of the General Assembly representing Camden County, Missouri and to the media serving Camden County, Missouri.

3.     Any application to intervene shall be filed no later than January 25, 2013.  Such applications shall be filed with:

                       Secretary

                       Missouri Public Service Commission

                       P.O. Box 360

                       Jefferson City, Missouri 65102

 

or use the Commission’s electronic filing and information service.

4.               No later than February 26, 2013, the Commission’s Staff shall file a report and recommendation regarding the application, or shall inform the Commission when it anticipates its investigation and report will be complete for filing.[1]

5.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.

[1] The Commission’s Staff has previously been directed to file a recommendation in File Number WA-2013-0117 on this date, wherein Staff will be filing a recommendation on Cedar Green Land Acquisition, L.L.C.’s application for a CCN for the water service it provides to these same customers.
