The Commission is directing Staff to file a recommendation on the pending tariff.

          THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          The Commission’s staff shall file a recommendation as to the pending tariff no later than February 14, 2013. 

2.          This order shall be effective immediately upon issuance.
