          The Missouri Public Service Commission is directing Staff to file a report on the status of dispute resolution as suggested in Staff’s Status Report, filed on January 11, 2013.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          No later than April 1, 2013, the Commission’s Staff shall file the report described in the body of this order.

2.          This order shall be effective immediately upon issuance.
