On November 13, 2012, Blue Jay Wireless, LLC filed an application seeking designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in order to provide Lifeline Services on a wireless basis. On December 6 and on January 3, 2013, the company requested leave to amend its application.
The Staff of the Commission has not objected to the company’s requests and the Commission will grant the sought after relief.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Blue Jay Wireless, LLC’s requests to amend its application is granted.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
