On December 26, 2012, the Commission received the above-referenced request for name change.  Accompanying the request was the above-referenced tariff, which bears an effective date of January 20, 2013. 

The Commission will order its Staff to file a Recommendation.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Staff of the Commission shall file a recommendation no later than January 9, 2013. 

2.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.
