ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

Issue Date: December 31, 2012 Effective Date: December 31, 2012

On December 28, 2012, the Commission’s Staff filed a request for an extension of time for the Respondents to file their answers. Staff states that, based upon ongoing discovery, it may amend its complaint, which would require Respondents to then amend their answer. Consequently, Staff requests a 90-day extension to the deadline for Respondents to file their answers. The Commission finds the request to be reasonable and will grant it.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for Respondents, Halo Wireless, Inc. and Transcom Enhanced Services, Inc., to file answers to the complaint is extended until April 15, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
