On December 10, 2012, the Commission scheduled a procedural conference for January 14, 2013. However, State offices will be closed on that day for the inauguration of the Governor. Consequently, the Commission will reschedule the conference.
THE COMMISSION
ORDERS THAT:
1. The procedural conference scheduled for January 14, 2013 is canceled.
2. A procedural conference will be held at the Commission’s office at the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, Room 305, on January 15, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. This building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Anyone requiring additional accommodations to participate in this conference shall call the Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the conference.
3. Any party wishing to attend the procedural conference by phone shall call into the Commission’s phone bridge at 573-526-6412 or 866-204-4916 at the time of the conference.
4. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
