ORDER SETTING PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE AND ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS

On September 24, 2012, Unice Harris filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) against Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy.  The Commission issued notice and established various filing deadlines, including those for a proposed procedural schedule.  On December 20, 2012, the parties jointly filed a proposed procedural schedule.  The Commission will adopt the proposals and establish an additional procedural requirement. 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

2.               The evidentiary hearing is scheduled for April 10, 2013, 2012, beginning at 10:30 a.m.  The hearing will be held in the Commission’s conference room in the Fletcher Daniels State Office Building, Room G8, 615 East 13th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106.  The hearing will be held in a building that meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Any person requiring additional accommodations to participate in the hearing shall call the Missouri Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 800‑392‑4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing.

3.               All parties shall bring an adequate number of copies of exhibits that they intend to offer into evidence at the hearing.  The party offering it must bring, in addition to the copy for the court reporter, copies for the Presiding Judge and all counsel.

4.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
