On December 21, 2012, KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company (“GMO”) filed an Application for Waiver or Variance of 4 CSR 240-20.100(6)(A)16, for landfill gas costs for its St. Joseph Landfill Gas Facility. GMO further requests expedited treatment of the application. GMO ask the Commission to rule no later than January 4, 2013, and further asks that responses be filed no later than December 28, 2012.
The Commission will allow the parties until December 28, 2012 to object to either GMO’s substantive request, or to its motion for expedited treatment.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any responses to the above-referenced application shall be filed no later than December 28, 2012.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
