ORDER DIRECTING RESPONSE

On December 21, 2012, the Staff of the Commission filed a recommendation and memorandum regarding its review of Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri’s 2010-2011 Actual Cost Adjustment (ACA). Staff does not propose a financial adjustment to Ameren Missouri’s ACA balance, but offers non-financial recommendations regarding several aspects of the company’s operations. Staff asks the Commission to direct Ameren Missouri to respond to its recommendations within 45 days.

The Commission will order Ameren Missouri to respond to Staff’s recommendations and comments.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri shall respond to the recommendations of the Commission’s Staff no later than February 11, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
