SECOND ORDER EXTENDING EFFECTIVE DATE

The Missouri Public Service Commission is granting the Joint Request for Extension of Effective Date of Order Dismissing Application and Initiating Investigation (“motion”).  The motion was filed on December 24, 2012 with no opposition by the Office of the Public Counsel, and with the endorsement of all other parties.  Those parties ask to extend the effective date of the Commission’s order dismissing the application to January 31, 2013.  In support, the parties state that the extension will facilitate an agreed settlement of this matter.  They also ask to extend the date for filing Staff’s report as directed in the October 18, 2012, order.  Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Joint Request for Extension of Effective Date of Order Dismissing Application and Initiating Investigation is granted.

2.     The effective date of the Order Dismissing Application and Initiating Investigation shall be January 31, 2013.

3.     The Commission’s Staff shall file the report described in the Order Dismissing Application and Initiating Investigation no later than January 31, 2013.

4.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
