The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting the time for responding to the motion to strike in the Post-Hearing Reply Brief of the Office of Public Counsel at page 7.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. No later than December 17, 2012, the Midwest Energy Consumers Group shall, and any other party may, file a response as described in the body of this order.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
