ORDER ESTABLISHING TIME TO RESPOND TO AMENDMENT REGARDING AMEREN MISSOURIíS KEEPING CURRENT PROGRAM

On December 12, 2012, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed an amendment to the previously approved stipulation and agreement regarding the companyís Keeping Current Program.The amendment, signed by Ameren Missouri, AARP, Consumers Council, Staff and Public Counsel, would extend the time allowed for Ameren Missouri to file a new tariff regarding its Keeping Current Program from January 2, 2013 to March 15, 2013. ††††

Ameren Missouri represents that it has consulted with all parties to the rate case and that no one objects to the requested amendment.Nevertheless, the Commission will establish a time for response to the amendment in case any party wishes to be heard.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.†††††† Any party wishing to respond to the amendment to the previously approved stipulation and agreement regarding the companyís Keeping Current Program may do so no later than December 18, 2012.

2.†††††† This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
