ORDER ESTABLISHING TIME TO RESPOND TO AMENDMENT TO STIPULATION

On December 11, 2012, Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed an amendment to the previously approved stipulation and agreement that resolved this case.  That amendment was signed by Ameren Missouri, Staff, and Public Counsel.  Ameren Missouri indicates the amendment is necessary to shorten a customer notice phrase to make it fit within the company’s billing format.  Along with the amendment to the stipulation and agreement, Ameren Missouri filed a motion for expedited treatment asking the Commission to approve the amendment by January 2, 2013.  Before addressing the amendment to the stipulation and agreement, the Commission will establish a date for the filing of responses.  

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Any party wishing to respond to the Amendment to July 5, 2012 Stipulation and Agreement Resolving Ameren Missouri’s MEEIA Filing shall do so no later than December 18, 2012. 

 

2.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.
