On December 7, 2012, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed a motion asking the Commission for a waiver or variance from Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-20.100(6)(A)16 concerning the treatment of landfill gas purchased from the landfill owner for operation of the company’s Maryland Heights landfill gas facility. The Commission will need to rule on that motion as part of its report and order on Ameren Missouri’s request for a rate increase.
Ameren Missouri represents that it has consulted with all parties to the rate case and that no one objects to the requested waiver. Nevertheless, the Commission will establish a time for response to Ameren Missouri’s motion in case any party wishes to be heard.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to respond to Ameren Missouri’s Application for Waiver or Variance of 4 CSR 240-20.100(6)(A)16 may do so no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2012.
2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
