On November 29, 2012, Laclede Gas Company (“Laclede”) filed a Verified Application for Variance. Laclede states that due to press of business, it wishes to have a six-day extension to file its CAM Annual Report. The current deadline is December 15, and Laclede requests until December 21 to file the report. Laclede further represents that it is authorized to represent that neither Staff nor Public Counsel objects to the request.
The Commission allowed Staff and Public Counsel until December 5 to object to Laclede’s request. Neither party objected. Thus, the Commission will take up Laclede’s application unopposed.
The Commission finds Laclede’s request reasonable, and the Commission will grant it.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Verified Application for Variance is granted.
2. Laclede Gas Company shall file its CAM Annual Report no later than December 21, 2012.
3. This order shall become effective immediately on issuance.
4. This case shall be closed.
