ORDER DIRECTING FILING

 

Issue Date: December 6, 2012††††††††††††††††††††††††††† Effective Date: December 6, 2012

 

 

On December 6, 2012, the above-named companies filed tariffs.[1]†† These tariffs would implement new rates, and they bear an effective date of January 5, 2013.According to the companies, these tariffs comply with Unanimous Stipulations and Agreements filed in these cases.

The Commission notes that on November 27, the Staff of the Commission filed motions for expedited treatment.Those motions state that the parties agree that the companiesí new rates should become effective on December 14.Thus, the Commission will allow Staff and Public Counsel time to object to the tariff filings.If the Commission does not receive a timely objection, the Commission will order the tariffs to become effective on December 14.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Any objection to the December 6, 2012 tariff filings referenced above shall be filed no later than December 11, 2012.††

2.          This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
