For
the reasons stated in Allegiance Communications’ December 5, 2012 request, the
Commission will grant the Company’s request to postpone the termination of the
Company’s video service authorizations.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS
THAT:
1.
No later than January 31, 2013, Allegiance
Communications shall file a status report.
2.
This order
shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
