ORDER DIRECTING
NOTICE

On November 30, 2012, the Staff of the
Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting N-1 Communications,
LLC, d/b/a HiBeam Internet and Voice’s (“HiBeam”) registration to provide interconnected
voice over internet protocol service (“IVoIP”) in certain exchanges in the
State of Missouri be revoked. The
Commission granted HiBeam’s registration to provide IVoIP services in the State
of Missouri in File Number DA-2010-0319.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1] Therefore, if no request for a hearing or
objection to Staff’s motion is received, the Commission may cancel the registration
based on Staff’s motion.
The
Commission finds that proper persons shall be allowed 10 days from the issuance
of this order to file a motion for hearing.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to file an objection or
request a hearing shall do so by filing a pleading no later than December 10,
2012, with:

2. This order shall become effective upon
