On November 29, 2012, Laclede Gas Company (“Laclede”) filed a Verified Application for Variance. Laclede states that due to press of business, it wishes to have a six-day extension to file its CAM Annual Report. The current deadline is December 15, and Laclede requests until December 21 to file the report. Laclede further represents that it is authorized to represent that neither Staff not Public Counsel objects to the request.
The Commission will order any objections to be filed expeditiously.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS
THAT:
1. Any objection to the Verified Application for Variance shall be filed no later than December 5, 2012.
2. This order shall become effective on immediately on issuance.
